How Does Online Coaching Work?

1. Initial Assessment

Your success depends on you having a plan individualized specifically to YOU. The initial assessment ensures everything that makes you unique is taken into consideration.

 

  • Strategy Session - We’ll determine exactly where you want to be, and why. From there, we'll establish a plan that makes sense for your lifestyle and personality.

  • Health History - We'll work through any relevant health issues or injuries that need to be taken into consideration.

  • Movement Screen - You don’t just want to look good, you want to move well. The movement screen determines your muscular imbalances and weaknesses, so they can be addressed in your training program.

2. Individualized Nutrition Plan

Proper nutrition for your goals shouldn’t be confusing... or make the rest of your life suck.

 

  • Structure - We work-hand in hand (metaphorically speaking of course) to determine the diet structure that best fits your lifestyle. There is no one-size-fits-all diet structure. This is all about finding the approach that works best for YOU.

  • Balance - Changing your body is going to be a challenge. But your diet shouldn’t make the rest of your life miserable. You’ll learn how to achieve your ideal body composition AND enjoy life.

  • Guidance - You’ll get recipes, strategies for life events, and constant guidance to make all this easier.

3. Customized Training Program

Your program is built specifically for you. You'll achieve your performance and aesthetic goals - without living in the gym.

 

  • Your Ideal Dose - Movements, training frequency, and volume all matched to your goals and lifestyle.

  • Goal Specific Training Phases - Nothing is random. Your program is mapped out in phases to advances you towards your goals. Phases change monthly to keep you engaged and enjoying your training.

  • Knowledge - You’ll learn the how and why of everything in your program. Every detail is laid out for you: Number of sets, reps, rest periods, for videos, tempo, etc.

4. Behavior Change

“Just try harder” is rarely a viable solution. Successfully creating change comes down to breaking bad habits, and designing an environment conducive to your success.

  • Identifying Cues and Habit Triggers - What pieces of your current environment are triggering unhealthy habits? What sources of friction can you remove?

  • Implementing New Habits - What changes can you implement to make success easier? How can fitness become “the path of least resistance”?

5. Support And Accountability

The most important piece of all of this. I'm here to coach you through every step of the process. I’m here to teach you everything you need to know to be successful.

 

I’m also here to call you out when needed.

 

  • Weekly updates - For any program/nutrition tweaks and to ensure progress is on point

  • 24/7 access to me - I'm available anytime you have questions, need a form check, support, motivation and more.

  • Daily accountability - Key to consistent progress.

  • Adjustments - Traveling, sick, hurt, etc.? Not to worry. You’ll get the necessary adjustments to keep progress rolling at all times. You'll never have to feel lost or confused.
